White Conch Terms and Conditions for Events

White Conch General Refund Policy for Intensives and Retreats:

• Full refund with 24 hour written notice; the balance paid can be applied to a future WCDC events or refunded. Cancellations on the day of event may be applied to a future WCDC event.
• Subject to change: If another refund policy is in effect for a specific event, it will be noted on that event’s specific registration form.

Retreat Registration and Payment:

• Pre-Registration is required for all retreats.
  • Full payment with registration is preferred.
  • A $100 deposit holds ones reservation at the event.
  • We prefer that participants pay in full prior to the event if possible to streamline day of arrival processes.
  • The full amount of the retreat is due upon arrival at the retreat unless other arrangements have been approved.
• White Conch does not guarantee space will be available for same day registrations.
• Those participants at retreat that wish to extend their retreat to an additional session must notify the retreat coordinator of their plans as soon as possible to determine if space is available. No late fee will be assessed.

Financial Assistance Program

• White Conch Dharma Center offers two types of financial assistance: internship and dharma service rates.
• Please contact the retreat coordinator at retreats@white-conch.org for more information on these programs.
• Arrangements must be made at least one month in advance.
