While Domo Geshe Rinpoche teaches from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, she has made meaningful connections with spiritual teachers from myriad faiths. White Conch community members come from a variety of spiritual backgrounds and the commonalities Rinpoche explores greatly enrich the lives of her students.

Buddhist-Christian Commonalities

In May of 2014, Rinpoche participated in a lively panel discussion of Buddhist-Christian Commonalities with Pastor Olaf Grobleben, Commisioner for Ethics and Worldview Questions of the Protestant-Lutheran Church in Oldenburg.

Sufi-Zentrum Berlin

Each year during Rinpoche’s annual visit to Germany, Sufi-Zentrum Berlin extends a teaching invitation to join Sheikh Esref Efendi in expounding a particular topic. In May of 2010, Rinpoche spoke about the revered and renowned Sufi poet, Rumi.

…when we lose our differences, we rise to our commonalities and we are able to have heart to heart communication.” – Domo Geshe Rinpoche
